Bitter Honey is a special place to me. Before taking on the role of social media, I was a bartender for many years. I remember the shell of it all and the work needed to ensure it opened on time. From the last coat of lacquer on the bartop to shaking up the first cocktail for a guest, this place has always had an unmistakable energy. The atmosphere is vibrant yet warm and inviting. When taking on this account, my goal was to properly portray the fun-loving, tequila-soaked energy that is Bitter Honey.
